• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement applies.
• In case of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
• Orders are confirmed via email once payment is successfully processed.
• We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other supported methods through our secure payment gateway.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pin codes.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India. Estimated delivery times are 4–7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
• Shipping charges, if any, are displayed at checkout prior to payment.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging.
• Items damaged during use, or products without original packaging, are not eligible for return.
• To initiate a return, contact our support team via the Contact page with your order details.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

6. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
